Quilting Pantographs
You can take a look at my pantograph library to see the current offerings. I am presently working to build my library so if you don't see what you are looking for, just let me know and I may be willing to purchase the design you have in mind (Or at least split the cost with you).
Need help making a choice? Let me know - I absolutely love working with clients to find the perfect design for each quilt!
Quilt Top and Backing Preparation
You’ve worked hard on your quilt and it is important to me that it’s returned to you as lovely as you expect it to be. Please keep in mind the following to ensure a good outcome for your quilt:
-
Thoroughly press your quilt top and backing fabric. I will not iron your quilt top unless specifically requested by you (see pricing above). A non-ironed quilt top can quilt out wonky.
-
Clip loose and unraveling threads on the back of quilt top - especially the dark threads. This is not a necessity, however, your quilt will look nicer if you take the time to do this.
-
Make sure that your quilt backing and batting (if you provide batting) is 4” larger around each side. For example, if your quilt is 60x72, the backing and batting needs to be at least 68x80. All extra backing and batting will be returned to you.
-
I recommend using wide-back fabric for quilt backings when possible as it makes things much easier for you and me! However, pieced backings are absolutely fine to send. A horizontal seam is preferred to a vertical seam.
-
Square up both your quilt top and backing! This is essential for even loading on the frame for quilting. I will not square up quilt tops.

Here are two great videos about preparing your quilt top and backing.
Drop Off or Mailing
I am located in Avondale Estates, GA and accept quilts via local drop off or mail in. My address will be provided once you submit your intake form. I accept quilts from all over. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of plastic sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical). Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it. Shipping costs (including any additional insurance) will be invoiced to you.

-
Disclaimer: I will do my absolute best to ensure quality quilting for your quilt. I promise to communicate to you via email and/or text any major issues that I encounter with your quilt. However, there are some things that are out of my control such as dark threads showing through or small puckerings in the quilt. I am not held accountable for things outside of my control.
